Welcome to my blog. I document my adventures in travel, style, and food. Hope you have a nice stay!
I'm Here
This new series focuses on eight women trafficked by Jeffrey Epstein who were ignored during the hearings. Officials, including Bondi from the DOJ, failed to acknowledge or apologize for the harm caused by exposing their names and abuse details. I felt compelled to highlight their silenced voices through this work.
This series is a departure from my usual apolitical approach. It captures the feeling of standing right in front of someone and being completely ignored, reflecting what these women endured. I used encaustic on birch with pigment and AI-generated images of young women showing anger, determination, and pain—not the actual survivors.
It took me five months to complete. I want viewers to feel the survivors’ strength—that despite everything, they are still standing. A portion of sales will be donated to Unbound Now, a nonprofit fighting human trafficking in Texas.
This series is my way of using art for activism and demanding these women be seen and heard.

Right Now
Right Now is a 30 x 30-inch mixed media portrait that contrasts a detailed monochrome face with vibrant, abstract color layers. The interplay of precise features and chaotic splashes of pink, blue, yellow, and green reflects the tension of silenced voices and hidden pain, capturing both vulnerability and strength.
